In many
cases the molded products are created by injection molding. This is the most
innovative and efficient way to create molded products. Rubber injection molding successfully alters the plastics
process by heating the rubber and placing it under significantly more pressure
per square inch of cavity surface in molding. Unlike custom molding where materials are cooled under less pressure.
Polystyrene, nylon,
polypropylene and polythene are used in the process of plastic extrusion. These
are called thermoplastics. When they are heated and then pressured in a mould
they can be formed into different shapes and sections.
Lucida rubber
products also manufacture fiber reinforced hoses which are suitable for
industrial applications where high pressure resistance is required. Fiber
reinforced hose has an excellent heat resistance, tensile strength and
adhesiveness with the rubber layers.
